So, raise your hand if you're like me

Reading stoicism

And working on your sleep

And are you eating gluten free?

Trying meditation?

We're questioning all our beliefs

Simultaneously

Doesn't that seem strange?

It's certainly a change

We get wound up

We get torn down

It all gets overblown

We get spun up

We get spun out

We're all in this alone

It seems like everyone I know

Is watching what they're reading

And who they're listening to and following

But no one's getting all that far

No one is succeeding

And everyone is misinformed

In different ways

Here we go again

Heard it from a friend
