Yeah sometimes silence gets loud you know

Thoughts start stretching shadows that werent even there

I was left with my thoughts too long

They started growing teeth turning small

Little moments in the mountains underneath

What was tiny in the daylight

Starts changing when I breathe

And suddenly Im stressing over things I didnt need

I replay conversations like a glitch inside my head

Words that didnt matter

Now Im taking out my bed

Overthinking every detail like its something that I said

But its just the quiet talking louder

When Im left unsaid

Ive been caught in a spiral too

When thoughts distort the truth

Where whisper feels like thunder

And the fear feels like proof

Little worries become giants

When the night steals the room

And your heartbeat gets dramatic

Thinking somethings coming soon

But sometimes its just shadows

Playing tricks on your mind

Just emotions looking bigger

When theyre left unaligned

Youre not broken

Not fragile

Just human

Just real

And thoughts get loudest

When theyre waiting to heal

I keep falling into places that my mind creates

But those places arent the truth
