But love showed up in frequencies I'd never heard

Now I'm learning how to trust without a single word

They say that miracles are just love returning home

But I've been searching for a place I've always known

Instagram told me I should have it figured out

But my therapist said healing isn't what it's about

It's about the small moments when I choose to stay

Instead of running from the feelings that won't go away

They say that consciousness is just love waking up

I'm filling all my empty spaces cup by cup

I'm not my anxiety, I'm not my fear

I'm the light that's always been living here
