I took a vacation
In my car I drove all alone
Sixteen miles from somewhere
I found signal on my cellulite phone
Somewhere Alabama
I nearly pulled over for sleep
Just like General Sherman
I am headed straight for the sea
Beachside bound
Ocean breeze is beckoning again
Leaving town
Flip the switch inside my head
I'm ready to get out of sight as fast as I can
Lone roadside attraction
Magic water drip up a hill
Gravity in action
I make nature bend to my will
One more hour of daylight
Shades hanging off of my nose
Soon I will be beachside
Silver water flow through my toes
Beachside bound
Ocean breeze is beckoning again
Leaving town
Flip the switch inside my head
I'm ready to drop off the radar fast as I can
I took a vacation
Figured I might buy me a tan
Sixteen hours of driving
I park my car right there in the sand
