Which was in a block on the southside of the Thames

His flat was a state, there was still the remains of the morning's breakfast on the table

And then he passed around some joints and

Nobody offered me one, by that point I think they'd actually forgotten I was even there

So I looked out at the river and I could see some poles

And the post office town in the distance

And all the while, Patty had been sitting silently on the couch

Wearing his shades and his battered top hat

And he came over to the window and asked me to stop taking pictures

Still, he said, "It's making me uncomfortable, I should have never asked you to come"

Sunglasses have a power after dark is all I can say
