Road Signs

Now that it's much too late to say

I noticed before we'd lost our way

Now that it's such a waste of time

We commiserate what's far behind

And these road signs

Are only relevant to those not blind

It can be such a simple fact

Try not to think, just to react

For want of a sober state of mind

We can blame in on all of mankind

But these road signs

Are clear enough if only we can find

Something to shine

We can see it if only we have something to shine

We can feel it if only we have something to shine

Whoa oh oh ooooooooooooh

On the search for enlightenment

So bright, it must be heaven-sent

Something inside of everyone
