I used to be someone that would come alive at night

So sedated that my mental state would separated from God's

Could've told me I was stuck in place, an addict after loss

Some don't look at me as who I am cause they still where I was

I know people over 50 who ain't grown a day since they was teens

Maturity still out of reach, refusing help with anything

Don't even know they hurting, but reacting over everything

I can see deep down they bleed, but what they want ain't what they need

I know women who don't know themselves but act like they are prized

'Cause society has sold them on the prettiest of lies

Men that wanna lead but don't know how to lead their lives

Since they're stunted with pornography and damaged deep inside

I know people without skrilla, but that ain't why they broke

I know people that ain't funny, so they money tells they jokes

I know people that get high to hide their demons in the smoke

I know people that believe in God and greedy ones that don't, woo
