I'm half awake, you're in my mind

A dream I couldn't leave behind

You spoke so soft inside my sleep

Now I'm unsure what I should keep

Was it real or was it thought?

A whisper that the night forgot

But even now, the memory stays

Like echo light in twilight haze

You feel like something half-defined

From someone passing softly by
