The Divine Within

"Breathe in peace... breathe out everything."

Lay down your thoughts, let stillness sing,

The breath of life in everything.

Inhale - soften.

Exhale - let go.

The divine within begins to glow.

I am whole, I am free,

All of life flows through me.

Every heartbeat, every sigh,

Is spirit breathing through my sky.

"Om Shanti Om... I am home."

My Spiritual Teacher said,

"Silence is where all is fed."

And in that still, eternal sound,

I feel the sacred all around.

Inhale - divine.

Exhale - release.

Inhale - light.

Exhale - peace.

I am love, I am seen,

I am everything between.

The divine within me knows,

Where the river of spirit flows.

"I am one... with the divine."
