Ride Your Lotus (Oneness Dance Meditation)

When you're dancing and you let yourself go and you let this dance become you, you become the dance

It's all happening, the new earth is here, that's why you're here probably

To enjoy it, to celebrate it, to be it...

So let's get that Diamond Light going, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go, let's go

One of the doors to awakening is through silence

And while you're listening to this music and while you're letting yourself go

And let your body move as it wants to

You can listen to the silence at the same time

That's within you, that is outside every sound you hear

That's coming from this silence

One of the other doors to awakening that you can take could be stillness

So while you're dancing and while you're moving feel the stillness in your body

Feel how your mind connects to your body when it feels that stillness

So feel it while your moving, feel the stillness and go deeper and deeper into the stillness, the silence

And then there is another beautiful door, and this beautiful door is called spaciousness

Everything is space, you are space, the walls around you are space, wherever you are it's all space

So feel that space within your feelings, feel that space within your thoughts

Feel that space within your movements, your body and all that you are, just feel that space

And feel how you are becoming that space because

We remember what we are really is just vibration and sound and space and light

And so when we become aware of that space we become the light

So just become that light and just feel how you are moving

And how you are aware of that space that you are

And just feel how you are going deeper and deeper and deeper

Where there is the endless space you become like the sky

Become the sky, become the sea, become all matter, become the space

And just become the space which you are

And the more that you do that, the more you feel who you really are

The more you remember, while you're dancing and you're just letting yourself go

How beautiful you are, where you are from and where you are going, and what you have always been

So now that we are here, let's catalize this beautiful new earth ascension which is happening
