There are two types of meditation
You either have mindfulness meditation
Or you have concentration meditation
They are different
Mindfulness meditation is different
In as much as what we are doing
Or what we are aiming to do
Is to clear the consciousness
So that we are free
We are open to receive
We are then actually looking at the reality
That when we sit and when we open ourselves up
We can then receive that calm, that peace
All of it
In fact, concentration is a part of mindfulness
But it has a distinct difference
That at the end of it
You still have that peace
That will take you beyond where you are
