Dandelions

A rattle in the door from the breeze from the north

Telling me the same thing I've heard before

Dandelions growing and blowing in the breeze

Cattle found a new little sweet patch of feed

And sometimes I get so down

Sometimes I'm so high off the ground

Clouds covering the yellow straining in the thirst

I water where I need and I sing with the birds

And I've watched you fall from the worry and the hurt
