Mother Nature, bruised and battered
Abused by man, food chains shattered. Life-sustaining, womb invaded
Rapacious man has nature jaded. Five billion years of life evolving
Now ending fast, food chains dissolving Fertile earth to the desert soil
Pristine, pure by pollutant spoil. Redundant food chains intertwine
Wondrous web by supreme design. Unraveling fast, this wondrous weave
Destroyed by man's unending greed
Userman inflates his worth. Denies that this is spaceship earth
Thinks that all is here for him To use, destroy at his wish, all whim
Extinction is our final end Until our wasteful ways we mend
From lofty perch we must return From nature's plan a lesson learned
That man is but a grain of sand. And not the center of God's great plan
And wondrous though all creatures be God loves them all equally
Thanks for watching
