Blessed is the one who won’t walk in sin,
Doesn’t follow the wicked or blend right in.
They don’t stand where sinners love to stay,
Or sit where mockers throw truth away.
But their delight is in Your law, O Lord,
Day and night, their hearts are stirred.
They meditate on what You say,
Rooted deep in Your holy ways.
Like a tree planted by the river,
Bearing fruit and leaves that never wither.
In every season, they will grow,Whatever they do — it overflows.
You watch their path, their steps You know.
Your righteous ones won’t walk alone.
Won’t walk alone.
The wicked ones are not like this—They’re chaff the wind cannot resist.
They will not stand when judgment falls,They vanish when the righteous calls.
You guard the way of those who trust,
But the path of the wicked turns into dust.
We walk in the light that You provide,
Your Word is our compass, You are our guide.
Like a tree planted by the river,
Bearing fruit and leaves that never wither.
In every season, they will grow,
Whatever they do — it overflows.
You watch their path, their steps You know.
Your righteous ones won’t walk alone.
Won’t walk alone.
“For the Lord knows the way of the righteous,
But the way of the wicked will perish.”
