My Favorite Hoodie

I cannot stand the thought

Of getting much more than I've got

I thought that I was free

Until my friend stole his hoodie

I watched her and him for so long

Till they asked each-other to prom

It's just my hoodie right now

And all it needs is a vow

To somebody else

And maybe he'll come around

It'll smell like his clothes

But it's just like a rose

It smells so good

And soon mom throws it in the washer

I've tried twice and now it's gone
