In awareness now. Let it move up to your pelvis and glutes. Your
Lower back and lower abdomen. Rising up your torso to your ribs
And then your chest. And as you explore the sensations, note
Whether your attention draws heat or perhaps a tingling sensation
To that region of the body. It doesn't matter whether it does or
Doesn't. Simply pay attention without any need to change what is
