We'll shout, we'll sing, we said no kings

United we stand, divided we fall

Freedom for the few is no freedom at all

Don't you dare pretend that you speak for us

We don't believe you, we know what is just

You want a war but you will not fight

You don't know what it means to sacrifice

This land was built with many hands

Of different colors, creeds, and clans

The people who have left their homes

To build one here deserve no stones

They've worked harder than you ever have

Is that why they make you mad?

We know that danger lies not with them

It lives within the fickle hearts of men

Men who think the world is theirs

Men who think it's wrong to care

Men like you prey on the weak

Men like you are too blind to see

Humanity has always been

A tapestry, a whirlwind

Beauty comes in all shapes and forms

Not just the one in which you were born

Change is nature's oldest law

You can try to stop it; it's a lost cause

There's many ways to live and love

Here on Earth and up above

You claim to preach the word of God

Then destroy the land where Jesus trod

We see the death that you have wrought

We won't be silenced; we can't be bought

We won't let you destroy our world

Corrupt our faith, subject our girls

To the whims of men who want to own

Our minds and bodies, hearts and souls

All people in this country need

The right to choose to sow their seeds

We stand with those who need us most

While you abuse your power and post

You take and take and never give

Twist the truth, distort what is

Empathy is not a sin

It's the gentle strength of men

All for one and one for all

We'll stand as one against the gall

Of one small man who thinks he knows

The one and only righteous road
