They're out in a world I can't control

I pray for their peace with all I hold

Every breath I take I'm thinkin' of them

Three times a day I pray to You HaShem

I can't be their shield but You still can

So I lay it down HaShem that's the plan

If I could trade places You know I would

But You can guard 'em like no one could

I ain't perfect You know that too

But I've always leaned on You to pull us through

So I'm askin' now like I have before

Guard these lives that I'd fight for

Guard the ones I'd die for Hashem stay near

They're my whole world let me make that clear

I'm not beside 'em but You don't sleep

So keep 'em close let Your love run deep

Watch their steps wherever they may be
