I swear I wrote the story but

Every time I'm flipping thru the pages, it's feeling like I'm losing the plot

Conflicted with my wants and my needs

Life moving too fast, can't keep up with the speed

I been missing Daisy on the daily

But the flower beds flourishing from all the times she planted them seeds

I been tryna reach some tough goals

But the last three-six-five I felt stuck though

Hoped the hiatus would've made me feel elated

No expiration allegations, the pen is never outdated

Still the favorite, the aura is never fading

Stopped debating if I got it, hold aces, I'm good graded

All it took was some grace and a little patience

All I got is my faith that I'm going places
