THERAPY

I be talkin everybody through they damage

But when I break down ain't nobody help me manage

I'm the one they call whenever life get tragic

But when I need a shoulder everybody vanish

I'm tired of bein everybodys therapist

Handin out my heart but I ain't never get the care I give

They only come around when they want me to repair they shit

But when I'm fallin down they disappear like I ain't there and shit

I got scars on top of pressure I don't talk about

Hold the world together while I'm tryna keep my demons out

You don't check on me but you swear you know what I'm all about

Funny how they need me but they gone the second I need em now

Yall love to vent to me like I'm the one that got the cure

Bleedin for the people who ain't even tryna heal for sure

Tell me all your trauma then go ghost like I ain't bleedin more

Act like I'm the strong one but I'm breakin while you're keepin score

I'm tired of bein everybodys therapist

Every time I cry yall treat my feelings like they barely missed

Holdin in my storms so I can help you through your scary shit

But when I need somebody ain't nobody even there a bit

I be pickin you up steady patchin your regrets

Talk you off the ledge while my own life a mess

You don't check on me but you swear you wish me best

Only hit my phone when you need me at my best

I'm done savin people who don't save me in return

Done givin all this love to ones who never feel concerned

I'm tired of bein brave tired of takin all the hurt

Yall want a therapist I just wanna feel deserved

If you never checked on me don't ask me anything
