It goes on in the classroom

A lotta messy

It goes on after school

And it's often a party for all of the cool kids

You could sneak in

That's where the drama begins

There's always something going on

Another incident each day

All of the innocence is gone

From all those games we used to play

There's always something by the dawn

And we'll all rise up on our way

And by the the time we get to school

It's there we'll hear somebody sayin'

By someone's dating that Year Thirteen?

What the hell do you mean by-

By someone's confirmed it?

What the hell

By someone's fighting in the canteen?

By someone's getting hit?

Welcome to secondary in Great Britain

Last years of Compulsory Education

All schools are like this for your information

It just seems to be how the script's been written

Oh, welcome to the secondary school system

You wanna know the rules of course I'll list 'em

But you know they say rules that are best when broken

And with these kids that's the problem

There's always a brawl

There's always some punches thrown

There's a hierarchy

By how well that you're known

Are you bait?

Or a nerd who gets every high score?

Are you a player or just date around

And get called a whore?

Are you a teacher's pet or the quiet kid?

Are you the class clown

Or just set eight stupid?

It don't matter 'cuz you'll hear a rumour
