The sky spits ash the ground won't breathe

A hollow echo of what we need

Broken glass and a rusted chain

This city howls in the acid rain

I see the cracks in the golden lie

The wings they gave me were meant to die

Broken halo bent and bruised

Falling faster I can't choose

Cherubic trash panda losing fight

But I'll claw my way through the endless night

Neon shadows whisper lies

A thousand vultures in disguise

I wear my scars like armor tight
