Saltans magnam saltationem

Lilia gemmarum modo post te

diffugiunt Sidera argenti aurique tenebriis

Tu es nuntius divinorum arcanorum

Tu propulsas per caelum

Tuque intras mundum nostrum in

eodem crepusculo Quo virides colles dormiunt

Et lux aurea ex fenestris in urbe effundit

Archangel,

In the sapphire night you whirl

Dancing the great dance

Lilies scatter jewel-like your wake

Constellations of silver and gold in the darkness.

You are the bearer of the divine secrets

You wheel through the sky

And you enter our world at twilight

When green hills nestle in the dusk

And golden light spills from windows in the city
