Heartbroken

I lay here tonight crying

Because you have gone.

We have been together for so long

Although you were taken so easily away by another

You left me heartbroken and I don't know what to do

They may drive a fancy car and own the whole town

But they don't love you like I do

I don't know where I went wrong.

I have given you my all and I work all day

And all night to put food on our table.

Why did you need to leave? We had made a promise

to death to us part but now that is broken and

All I can do is cry myself to self because you have gone

And I am all alone and it is raining and it is

Dark outside and I cry because you have gone

I thought you were the one that I would forever call mine

But now you have gone and I am all broken inside.

My life has crumbled as you meant all to me

And now I am heartbroken

because you have been taken by another
