䷃ 4-蒙卦【山水蒙】
亨。匪我求童蒙，童蒙求我。
初筮告，再三瀆，瀆則不告。利貞。
初六，發蒙。利用刑人，用說桎梏，以往吝。
九二，包蒙，吉。納婦吉，子克家。
六三，勿用取女，見金夫，不有躬，无攸利。
六四，困蒙，吝。
六五，童蒙，吉。
上九，擊蒙，不利為寇，利禦寇。
《彖傳》蒙，山下有險，險而止，蒙。
蒙，亨，以亨行，時中也。匪我求童蒙，童蒙求我，志應也。
初筮告，以剛中也。再三瀆，瀆則不告，瀆蒙也。蒙以養正，聖功也。
《象傳》山下出泉，蒙，君子以果行育德。
《序卦傳》物生必蒙，故受之以蒙；蒙者蒙也，物之穉也。
《雜卦傳》蒙雜而著。
Hexagram 4-Enlightenment【Mountain and Water, Innocence】
The Judgment. It is not I who seek the young fool; the young fool seeks me. At the first divination, the oracle is given. To repeat the divination three times is to profane the oracle. To profane the oracle brings no enlightenment. It furthers one to remain correct
Line１：Initiating the innocent. It is advantageous to use punishment, to release from bonds and fetters, to go forward brings regret
Line 2：Nourishing the innocent, good fortune. Marrying a woman brings good fortune, the son will be able to manage the household
Line 3：Do not take a wife. Seeing a strong man, she will not remain faithful, nothing that furthers
Line 4：Confusion in innocence, regret
Line 5：The young fool, good fortune
Line 6：Striking the innocent, it is not advantageous to act as a bandit, it is advantageous to defend against bandits
《The Judgment》Enlightenment, beneath the mountain lies danger, danger and then stopping, Enlightenment. Enlightenment,the Judgment, to act with the Judgment, to be timely and appropriate. It is not I who seek the young fool; the young fool seeks me, the will responds. At the first divination, the oracle is given, with firmness in the center. To repeat the divination three times is to profane, to profane brings no enlightenment, to profane the oracle
Enlightenment, to nurture correctness, is the work of the sage
