I was out all night

Gettin' drunk with my friends

Drove down to the liquor store

I thought I hit a speed bump

The little girl was dead

Mom and dad could see her head

It was crushed on the pavement

They were picking up the pieces

And I didn't know what to do

My friends got out of the car
