Sweating at night, and waking up all terrified

I'm so sick of that, now every morning, it's a fight

Thanks to these nightmares, I feel alive

I'm going higher, and I ain't giving up

I have a list of the things I'm doing right

I try my best, but I'm still not satisfied

They've hurt me a lot, now look at me, I'm like a tiger

They think they won, but they don't know that I'm a fighter

I think I'm broken

I feel it way too often

So I shut life down, and now my mind is open

Don't know what to do to soften

This feeling of being an orphan

I'm bleeding inside, I'm so scared to feel like that

I know I gotta wake up early, but I just can't sleep

I know I won't get up on time, and I'm in too deep

It's just my lack of responsibility that makes me look like this

Like I don't care, like I disrespect, like I don't give a shit
