Curtains closed, room like a soft cave

Phone on silent, let the world behave

Pillow talks to my cheek in comfort tones

I ghost my plans like unanswered phones

Late breakfast, early nap no shame

Today I'm slow, that's the game

Sleeping through the day let the hours slide

I'm not lost, I'm just inside

If the sun calls, tell it"not today"

I'm saving my energy in a lazy way

Dreams on repeat like a lofi tape

Floating through scenes with a gentle shape

I wake up thirsty, sip, go back

Life outside loud, I don't react

I'm resetting call it maintenance

A little rest is serious dominance

Maybe I'm avoiding, maybe I'm healing

Maybe I'm just tired of constant feeling

But in this stillness, I remember me

Not the hustle mask just clarity

I stretch, I yawn, I laugh at the clock

It can't bully me, I changed the lock

Later I'll move, later I'll grind

Right now I'm letting peace unwind
