Time Traveller

I was getting up from one of those chairs

When I realised that the sunlight shone majestically

Through that big antique window

I didn't even notice before

I was too caught up with myself.

Time stopped for me to embrace the moment a little longer.

And there I stood

For a split second I almost believe that I'm a time traveler.
