I'm With You is track number 2 off the record

And it goes down memory lane before launching

Into this spirited realisation

I feel like sometimes we're blinded by desire

When things are right in front of us and this song is that

Realisation feeling and it's really truly a happy song

It's not even sentimental, it's just this foot to the floor

Played as fast as I possibly could record it, happy song

And, I was actually on tour when I started writing it

In the back room and we're in Melbourne at a venue

Called The Forum in late 2023

And I was sitting there with my dear and one of my

Oldest friends in music, Nathan Ball from the UK

He came out to Australia to support me on the run

And he looked over as I was playing this song and mumbling

Through the first words and he felt like it was a winner

And I guess because he's seen so many of my shows and

Heard so many of my songs over the years

When he gave me that sort of encouragement, I really felt like

It was the right song to have at the start of the record
