Christmas Sweater

I know that I've been rotten

Mom and Dad made threats all year

But it looks like they've forgotten

And their hearts are filled with cheer

As they hand me a shiny present

With a quick shake and a squish

I tear off the wrapping paper

And make one last Christmas wish
