Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

May all ancestors in all forms be happy and free

May all our thought words and actions be

In service to the happiness and freedom of all

Happiness exists when there is denial of nothing

As long as happiness is dependent on holding on to this

And pushing away that, it has in it fear

But you and I have the capacity to live our life, happily

Meaning in the fullness of this moment

But this moment since it has no boundaries includes everything
