Day of Independence

This is the day of independence

For all of Abraham's descendants

Lift your head high, so that your eyes can see

All that God has given

And He's passed on to you and to me

This is the day of independence - we're free

This is the day of independence

This is the year for jubilee

This is a time for revelation

This is the time for being free

It's in the Word these words are written

You shall know the truth and be free

He whom the Son's made free is free indeed

This is the day of independence

Thru Christ from the curse we'd be free
