Carolines

I've been thinking about moving to one of those Carolines

Far away up in the mountains where no one knows my name

Its a choice to be happy

To paint on a smile

Maybe I don't want to be me for a while

They traded in my garden for a pile of dirt

Then fooled me into thinking that someone had it worse

I never really felt that this place was my home

I think it's time I go out and find one of my own
