We know each other through time and space

Yet here on earth we lose our way, sometimes

Old wounds arise and then our fears take shape

I tend to run away and just escape

See healing is not always love and light

Tikkuns come up and it can start a fight

I just need to meditate, be love, no fear

When we face the dark, we'll learn to grow

Through the highs and lows, we'll let it flow

If it's love it will come back around

But for now I need some solid ground

I was caught up in reactivity

I created stories only I could see

Guess my ego dressed up as clarity

I turned my old beliefs into my identity

Finding peace in what's to be

A deeper love starts within me

Letting go of anxiety

And let love flow naturally
