My light remains

When all the world turns into shadows

When I am broke and wanna lay

I close my eyes - and through the silence

I feel the fire that lights my way

It softly whispers calm and fearless:

"You never fail you only grew

Each fall became a seed of healing

The strength you seek - it's born in you"

I am the power of the ocean

I am the flame shine through the rain

Through every storm through every motion

My heart is brave my light remains

When doubts are cutting through my wings

And pain burns clouds across the sky

I turn within - the truth is singing

I choose to love to stay wide open

To let the fire burn through night

Each scar's a map each loss a token
